About us
Business messaging, simplified.
Frostwood Bulk SMS is a service of Frostwood Limited. We help organisations in Kenya reach the people they serve with clear, reliable SMS, and we keep the pricing and the process simple.
Transparent pricing
Prepaid credits with published prices. You see the exact cost of every campaign before you send.
Secure by design
Separate data for every organisation, encrypted message text, role-based access and an audit trail.
Local payments
Pay with M-Pesa, by prompt or through our Paybill. Credits are added when Safaricom confirms.
Built to integrate
An SMS API with scoped keys and signed webhooks for your own software.
What we do
Organisations use Frostwood Bulk SMS to send account alerts, reminders, receipts, notices and promotions to their members, customers, students and staff. We register branded sender IDs with the mobile networks, deliver messages through our network partners, and report the outcome of every message.
We take consent seriously. Promotional messages carry opt-out instructions and are only sent during the day, and recipients can always stop receiving messages.
